Hot but Jets work but won't put out the small bubbles anymore.?

My hot tub which came with our new house, the jets worked fine the other day till i drained and cleaned it, now the jets blow out water fine..but when i turn on the blower it doest send out the tiny bubbles anymore. Any ideas?
