Customer was complaing that the boiler has started making knocking or ratelling sound . close investigation reveals that it is coming from the pump...It is a nightmare to change the pump..caz vailant has changed the ecotec pump from Willow to Grounfos. Now not only the head.. but also the hydrolic block behind it need to be changed when replacing Vaillant ecotec ( Willo) pump to a new pump.
