Their engineers visited 5 times and try to repair the boiler with different parts but no success.. During my visit It was found that the water is leaking from the domestic hot water flow switch. Glow worm Flexicom 18hxi boiler display error code F9 not in the manual.

This error code is not in the Installation and service manual...Had to call the manufacture..Thank you for not having premium number for the engineers...thank you glow worm. ( Not like Glad hill...60 p per minute primium number to help engineers..cost me £ 7.00 and even made me confused....That is the last time I call Gladhill..Never again) The Glow worm manufacture said the error code is related to the faulty flow switch. But thre is no flow switch in this boiler so it could be incorrectly set up PCB. I didnt install the PCB. British Gas did according to the paper work. So the Manufacture said that it could be faultyPCB as well. Well well well..... ...... Faulty part was identified..but I found more problems ..I inspect the feed and expansion tank in the loft..like thick black mud..worst F&E tank ever..I will video it next time I go...I will go back to do a full service on the system with complete drain out..

Aright this time we have a drain that's draining slow on a bath sink And were going to put a little water in here Now were letting the water drain out notice how slow the water drains out Ok what were going to do were going to take that pop up out P trap and were going to clean that drain out First of all were going to get a bucket to catch the water from the drain Now right here were going to remove the pop up lever that pushes the plug up and down This way this will release the plug so that we can pull it up and out And pull out any trash or hair like this up out of there And let me tell you 85 percent of the time when the plumber comes to the house to unclog your bath sink this is all there doing In most cases there is know need to run a cable And know were just going to do a little extra And make sure that the p trap is not full with hair Ok that not to bad but you can see the hair was starting to get down in the drain And here were taking a hanger and pushing some tissue through So that we can clean the drain out completely See the rest of it just came out the other end here Now that we clean it out pretty good Now it's time to start putting things back together starting with the p trap here Just cleaning a little bit of the hair off the lever to the pop up And As I put the pop up lever in I'm holding the plug up top you can't see right now Ok now see this one drain much faster now

2000+ Mitsubishi Eclipse Air Conditioning (A/C) Drain Tube Repair

The problem with this vehicle was that the air conditioning condensation (excessive water) from the drain tube was leaking in on the drivers side floor board. Mitsubishi uses a piece of foam seal that seals the a/c vent tube between the firewall and the a/c box inside the car. Over time this seal deteriorates causing water to leak in on the drivers side floor board. I had to reseal it using some special windshield seal. Fixed the problem, and no more leaks in the car.

Sabre HE 25 Boiler lockout Solid Red LED - pressure goes to zero in 15 minutes

The boiler was in a private property at Darthmouth Park Hill, Kentish Town, London NW5. The boiler was loosing pressure. It was displaying Solid Red LED. According to the manufactures instructions this is due to primary NTC open or short circuit. By using the filling loop the system is filled and pressurised to about 1.5 bar and the boiler start to work. But boiler pressure slowly drop down to zero in about 15 minutes and Hot water and heating stop working after that. The faulty parts were identified and this problem was rectified within half an hour Client Testimonial " A Top Job! Apartment Fire in Tacoma Washington

An apartment building housing senior citizens caught fire Wednesday and at least one elderly man was flown to a Seattle hospital after being rescued from his unit. The bedridden 85-year-old man was rescued from his first floor unit and airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Firefighters had to break out a back window and enter the burning apartment to reach him His condition was not available Wednesday evening. "You just go by feel on those situations," said Lt. Bill Schleicher, one of the firefighters who ran in to get the man. "He was in there so it's part of the job you just go and do it and don't worry about it." Margaret Jones, 92, had to be rescued from her second floor apartment. Firefighters helped her her down the ladder and she was not seriously injured. "I only have the clothes on my back," Jones said. "Everything else burned." Firefighters were called to the Golden Hemlock Apartments at Pearl and North 26th streets, northeast of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, about 4:45 pm When firefighters arrived they found smoke and flames pouring from the building and had to break out a back window to reach the man who was trapped inside. The complex, with 150 units, is for seniors and has several buildings, but only one was damaged. Investigators think the blaze was sparked by something placed too close to a water heater, Tacoma Fire Department spokesman Dan Crotty said. No damage estimate for the fire was available.

Grid tied solar panels

So here you go, my son and I installed these Sharp 210 watt solar panels each has its own Emphase 240v micro inverter and they connect to the panel via the MC4 connectors, a piece of cake to do. They connect to each other in series creating a string of up to 14 panels in a string. At the end of the string you have two MC connectors which go into a junction box with a longer MC4 cable and from there to a service disconnect breaker. Then from the service disconnect breaker to main breaker panel and that's it. I can watch my meter go backwards during the day, like clockwork (except when the wife is cooking or the water heater is on). We installed the panels in late October and have reduce the monthly electric consumption by half - not bad. Once I get those two turbines up, I should be close to near zero electric bil.

Boiler cuts off too quickly on hot water demand. I fit hte temperature gauge on the Flow ( T1) and the return ( T2) to chechk weather the heat exchanger is blocked or not. But because the temperature difference ( T1-T2) is about 20 degrees cel. it is highly likly that the plate heat exchanger is not blocked. SO then why the burner is going from high to low and cuts off while the hot water at the tap is just luke worm?

Worcester Bosch 35 CDi 2 Boiler goes to flashing error code

Boiler was in Winermere Avenue , Kenton, Middlesex. The boiler was not working in heating or hotwater mode. When the hot water tap is open , it sounds like the boiler pump and fan is running. But there was no ignition and the Domestic Hotwater light start flashing fast. According to the boiler manufacture, it can be faulty cables, blocked flue, faulty PCB, fan, air pressure switch or blocked tubes. The customer was having a party the next day, and was desperate to get the boiler fixed. The fault was identified and the boiler was repaired the same day. Well another happy customer!

Texas & Pacific Railroad #610 came home from the Southern RR and is in process of negotiating the curve to go into the new building at the Quartermaster Depot is southern Fort Worth, Texas. I believe this process actually took over a week, due to having to re-align the track to allow the engine to be able to make it around the curve. this occurred in @ 1982
