The boiler was in a private property at Darthmouth Park Hill, Kentish Town, London NW5. The boiler was loosing pressure. It was displaying Solid Red LED. According to the manufactures instructions this is due to primary NTC open or short circuit. By using the filling loop the system is filled and pressurised to about 1.5 bar and the boiler start to work. But boiler pressure slowly drop down to zero in about 15 minutes and Hot water and heating stop working after that. The faulty parts were identified and this problem was rectified within half an hour Client Testimonial " A Top Job!
