Where is the a/c evaporator condensation drain tube on a 1998 Dodge Stratus? What's the best way to clean it

My 98 Stratus 2.4L 4 cyl is dripping clear clean water on the passenger side and has accumulated water in the blower motor area. How can I clean out the drain? Where is the drain? I replaced the heater core myself. Should I clean the tube from above or below? Everything is tight there and I can't see it from above. I appreciate the answers. I found the exit tube but it is clear. The easiest way to access it was from under the car. I still haven't figured where in the system or how to clear the blockage. I used suction, next I'll try blowing air into the exit spot. I wish I could find a diagram of the system or hear from a Mopar mechanic that has dealt with this problem before.
