We live in Brooklyn, NY and we don't have any access to our furnace. Our neighbors across the hall said they cut open a piece of their wall and the furnace was sealed behind it. Her father works in plumbing and heating and he said it's illegal to to that. We have no way of changing the filter or relighting the pilot if it goes out. I just want to see what measures I should take with our management company to get this resolved. Thank you for your time.
