Anyone using a non electric sump pump?

wonder if anyone is using a non electric water sump pump. Does it pump out the water just like regular electric sump pump? How much did you pay for it? Would it connect to your existing pvc using a T connect as a back up pump? Please provide much details as possible. thanks There is such pump that do not use electric.
