My boyfriend and I are financing our first home. We decided a kit home is the best option for us. We will be living in a rural area so a septic tank will be needed. The house is 2.5 bath, two stories, roughly 2,000 square feet. Also would it be possible for me to only have 1.5 of the bathrooms done now, and pay to have the upstairs bathroom finished when i have more of a budget for it?
