We recently got a new tap installed in our kitchen. After we had installed it, we noticed that whenever we would use the upstairs bathroom (shower) and turn off the tap, it is followed by a lound rumbling/rattling. It is this gigantic noise, and I swear it resembles a ship's horn. When the sound comes and we turn on the tap, it stops. Only to return once the tap has stopped. Does anyone know what's wrong? Is it a serious problem?
