Who should I call to determine where a water leak is coming from?

I have several thousand dollars invested in a new wood floor that is slowly being ruined. The floor is cupping, apparently from water/moisture getting under the flooring. My best guess is that a nearby chimney may be causing the problem. Who to call? Roofer, mason, floor guy? I'm at my whits end. I live in the dallas area
