what kind of contractor to call for condo water leak?

Hi, I found some leak in my condo bathroom ceiling that I suspect leak from upstair unit, I am planning to have a contractor to check it up, I am wondering what kind of contractor to call? Is it plumber or others? Is it possible to detect the source without ripping off some ceiling? Thanks Mike
