Is it ok to cement Acorn Hep20 15mm plumbing pipe?

Hey we are currently running Acorn Hep20 plumbing under floors, can i apply Cement ( you know the common grey Portland cement + sand ) directly to the outside of the pipe or would it corrode it over time? Do i have to protect it?
