I'm thinking about moving my kitchen from its current 9x9 hole in the wall, what about plumbing?

I want to move it to the current living room space. There is a washer and dryer on this wall. So, would we have to reroute all the plumbing from current kitchen, or can we just reroute from washer? Also a sink in the island, How much is reasonable to spend on trying to get a pipeline to come in the center of the room?
