terminating drain line at wet bar

Previous owners of my house plumbed in water and drain for a wet bar but never hooked a sink or anything to it. The hot and cold water lines are valved but the PVC drain ends in an open pipe in the drywall with no cap or valve or anything.
The trap must be dry because it smells like...
