I have a leaking outdoor, ball-valve, quarter-turn faucet (hose bibb)? By leaking, I mean it won’t totally shut off the water. The hose keeps dripping. I removed the handle and the packing nut behind the handle, but can’t quite get to the guts of the valve itself....
