Finger Tight or Wrench Tight on these three plumbing connections? (see picture)

Can someone tell me how tight to tighten these three connections? Is it just full-finger tight, or use a wrench?
(1) For an under the sink faucet. Rubber gasket. Finger or wrench tight? Use teflon tape?
(2) For an under the sink Faucet. Compression fitting. Finger or wrench tight?...
