A couple of weeks ago I noticed very little water behind the toilet. I figured it was a leak but didn't have the money to repair it so I let it be for a while and I just cleaned the water. Well a few weeks later I went to feel the area where I felt the water before and there was no water but some clear jelly stuff. What is it and how do I repair it?
