What would you do , I called a plumber to repair a leak under my kitchen sink?

after 4 hour's he gave me the bill , 6 Trillion dollars higher than estimated and I noticed it was still LEAKING , The plumber want's another 4 hour's to try again ... I gave him an Incomplete and gave someone else a chance , WHAT WOULD YOU DO !
