In the Holy Name of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, what does the Bible say about plumbing codes?

Since some Christians feel the Bible should tell our government how to define marriage, I figure it should also tell them what plumbing codes to use, and how the city council should handle teacher pay raises.
