I'm converting a timber building into a home and would like a slab on grade. I'd prefer plumbing, radiant heating and electrical to be run under the house. Is there any reason I can't build a subfloor on top of the slab and have these things run through it?. I'm trying to find ways around burying everything in the concrete and would prefer to not have a basement. Thanks in advance.
