Shailaja asks Inder to buy stationery for Meeti's school project. Inder criticizes Ishwar's failure as a father to Shailaja. Suhana calls up Bajpai to talk about Ishwar's return to the Kashyap house. Suhana tells Shailaja that she is coming to Delhi to be with her family during this difficult time. Suhana pleads with Shailaja to let her come home to get rid off Ishwar. Shailaja asks Suhana not to tell Ishaan about Ishwar's return. Alok does the plumbing work at home to save money. The Kashyap family gathers around to watch Alok and Ilesh fumble with the plumbing. Ishwar observes the family having a good time teasing Alok.
