Is it true that Obama told a plumber that he wanted "to spread his success around" via higher taxes?

A plumber? Are they part of the evil elite that must be punished or are they hard working Americans who provide a valuable service that people want and need? Does this sound like wealth redistribution? Is this the socialist tone an Obama Presidency will take?
