i have a friend that currently works with a well known plumbing company. He wants to take the next step and become certified. what does he need to do to obtain this certification? what are the steps and how long does it take? by the way, i have already googled everything i can think of and can't find anything. i've also looked at our local college websites and can't find information there either. PLEASE HELP!! thanks in advance!
