A plumber quoted me $2250 plus tax to move the water supply valves and sink drain for my kitchen sink, and then said the cost to file with the city and pull the permit would be another $1250. Does that seem right? Hi everyone, thanks for the suggested options, but I know all that already. I'm just looking for anyone that has direct knowledge of what a nyc plumbing permit in Manhattan would cost. Thanks!
