Can someone give me a ballpark $$ to run plumbing from house to detached garage?

Thinking about converting detached garage to a little room for my elderly mom. I have friends who have volunteered to build it but i have to get the plumbing hooked up to it for bathroom and kitchenette. Before I start calling for estimates just trying to see if it is something I can even afford.
