I have an old house from1920 in NYC, the property is 16 ' by 44' .The 1st floor area is 746 Sq ft, the 2nd floor is 576 Sq ft and the basement is 704 Sq ft. How much does it cost to completely renovate the plumbing and electricity ?How long does it takes to complete? Original only 8 lines, electric power is not enough to use. Basement need to re-install a bathroom and a small kitchen. Thank you!
