Can you get electrocuted while taking a shower if the water runs in the wall to the ceiling light below?

With the shower diverter valve on the tub spout up, the water leaked out of the shower hose connection and the back of the tub spout into the wall. Found the water pouring out of the ceiling light on the floor below the tub/shower. If the ceiling light is switched on, is it possible for the electric current to follow the water up to the shower head and shock the one in the shower while standing in a tub?
