How much would it cost to completely redo the plumbing in a house?

My wife and I are thinking of buy a Victorian house built in 1898. The house is 2 stories and is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If anybody has any guesstimates I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
