How much should it cost to add a basic kitchenette to a basement?

There is rough in plumbing behind the wall where the kithchenette will go, and we'd ask the contractor to put in six to eight oak cabinets, a basic countertop, a sink, and install a dishwasher. Probably need 2 new electrical outlets.
