How hard is it to change a bathroom counter top and faucet?

We have a dated bathroom counter top and sink faucet that needs remodeling. How much is it to get something like this remodeled. Can I do it myself? If so, where is some info on how to replace a bathroom counter top and faucet? Thanks!
