Can we get a VA loan on a home with Polybutylene plumbing?

We live in Georgia and looking to buy a home which we intend to finance through VA (my husband served). 1/3 of the homes we are looking at have Polybutylene piping. We would be prepared to replace the plumbing right away, but will we be able to get the loan?
