What is the average cost to replace a cast iron plumbing stack in a one story house.?

I am buying a new house and I want to get an idea of how much it would be to replace the main plumbing stack before I go get an estimate from a plumber. Any ideas? I would like to get an idea to decide wether or not to buy the house if it's a huge expense. And I do want to replace with PVC.
