Water Leak Problem. Living under Circle 33 roof

Living under Circle 33 roof. Rain water leak problem. A picture is worth a thousand words. These clips are dedicated to my landlord Circle 33 Housing Association. I was given this Flat to live in back in 2003. It looked nice, clean and recently decorated. I was a bit surprise to find it in that condition. Now I know why! The previous tenant had problem (God knows for how many years) with rain water leaking through the ceiling and the windows frame to almost the entire flat(Living room, Bedroom and the kitchen). The tenant was moved to another property permanently because the problem persisted and I guess the tenant had enough and was fighting to be moved. They come and decorated the flat (Only the affected areas of course: Bedroom, Living Room and the kitchen) to conceal any signs of leaking, damage or damp. Who's the next victim? Unfortunately, it was me. A poor disabled guy who has already enough problems of his own. Anyway, I'll keep it short, after about 4 years living in that situation, complaints, 3 fail attempts of repair, 2 times redecorated , sleepless nights, psychological and nervous break down ....etc...... Result............ No result....... The problem is still there and it's going bigger and worse, I was moved temporarily to another property. Was told I can come back when the job is done! .
