Shallow Well Pump Pressure Question

I think I know the answer to this question but just want to be sure. My shallow well pump with diaphram tank came pre-set @ 30-50 PSI. I did not check the bladder pressure before i started to use it for the first time but the sticker on the outside said it was pre-charged to 28 PSI....
