Toilet leaking from bottom- clogged line to the sewer

I am having problems with draining the toilets and shower tubs. After laundry, the toilets gurgle and the bathtubs backwash from the drain and fill the tub with water from the washer. I put some hot water in the toilet and bathtub. The hot water did drain very slowly after 10min.
