Leaking sewer line cleanout

In late May I had my sewer line replaced, and the company put a hole in my house foundation to replace the cleanout, which was leaking wastewater down the inside wall of the basement. Now I see the cleanout is leaking again, through the new cement.
They gave me a 60-day warranty,...
