Testing Airplane Cabins Using Ultrasound Tech.wmv

Airplane technicians can leak test seams and gaskets using the CTRL UL101, ultrasound detector and the UT2000, ultrasound transmitter without pressurizing the cabin of the plane. The UL101 makes leak detection quick and easy. CTRL Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures ultrasound technologies for condition based maintenance, energy savings, leak detection and quality control. The UL101 is CTRL's ultrasound detector. For condition based maintenance CTRL has developed ultrasound data capture and online analysis software for testing critical mechanical equipment, such as bearings, gears, motors and valves. Available ultrasound detector kits include: Full Kit (mechanical, electrical, and air/gas detection), the Air Audit Kit (air and gas leak detection).
