CTRL's ultrasound detector, the UL101, is designed to be a multipurpose maintenance and diagnostic tool. One of its core applications is leak detection, for simple, accurate detection. No calibration necessary, runs on a 9-volt battery. The UL101 complements vibration analysis and infrared testing routines. CTRL Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures ultrasound technologies for condition based maintenance, energy savings, leak detection and quality control. The UL101 is CTRL's ultrasound detector. For condition based maintenance CTRL has developed ultrasound data capture and online analysis software for testing critical mechanical equipment, such as bearings, gears, motors and valves. Available ultrasound detector kits include: Full Kit (mechanical, electrical, and air/gas detection), the Air Audit Kit (air and gas leak detection).
