The customer complained about constant backups in her new home in Lakeland Florida. After hydro-jetting the drain pipes to clean them a camera was sent down the line from the main clean out opening in the yard up into the house drains. Standing water is trapped in the lines because the plumber that installed the drain during the construction of the house did not pitch the lines correctly. The pipes actually go up hill just before they exit the perimeter of the house's foundation. This creates a "belly" in the pipe that traps debris. This debris builds up until the pipe is blocked. When this happens the whole house backs up no matter what drain is used. The only way to fix this is to jackhammer open the concrete floors and re lay the pipe at the proper pitch.
