The pipe has a section that runs up hill as it exits the building. This causes water to pool 10-20' up stream in the pipe. This effectively causes any debris and grease to be trapped in the pool/belly section of the pipe where it can encrust itself to the pipe walls. The only permanent fix is to cut open the concrete floor and repitch the pipe correctly. Jetting the line will remove the grease for now but it will just build up again over 5-8 years. www.protechplumbing.biz
