Mr. Rooter Plumbing's 2011 TV commercial, "Scout" tells the story of a little girl named, Scout who likes to play by flushing her toys down the toilet. When the toilet gets clogged, Scout's Mom calls her mother for a recommendation and she gets a referral for Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The Mr. Rooter plumber arrives promptly to provide courteous, professional service and fix the problem.
