The plumber ran some hot water baseboard pipes near and touching romex wires what should I do?

On an addtition the plumber ran hot water baseboard pipes touching some romex wires. I'm guessing they get to 160 f and I'm not thrilled to see this. Should I cover the pipe with a fiberglass insulation tube and seperate the wires so they at least don't touch with clips? Or does more need doing here
