I am building a home and need some financing to put in plumbing, Heat and Air, and Electrical.?

I am building a house using features of a Pole Barn. I purchased the pole barn with a concrete floor and a second story with 1" flooring. It is totally paid for but we need help on financing to finish inside plumbing,Heat and Air conditioning, and finish the Electrical. We are wanting to barrow about $15000.00 so we can move into the house and finish the interior ourselves.
