How come NBC parks a truck outside of Joe the Plumber but not in front of Obama?

How come NBC news media harasses Joe the Plumber with their "investigative" reporters asking him "tough" questions to demean him but they play softball with their "messiah" Obama and do not question him about his neighbor Bill Ayers?
