Does an American toilet really flush better than a Bulgarian one, simply because Joe the Plumber fixed it?

the real question here: after insulting the entire world, how will American presidential candidates start foreign diplomacy? For example: Sarah Palin calls the American workforce, the "greatest workforce in the world". And that's just a minor example, I can type hundreds of examples here. How did she come to that conclusion? Does an American toilet really flush better than a Bulgarian or Polish or Belgian one, simply because Joe the Plumber fixed it? You think insulting every other workforce on this planet is a good way to start foreign diplomacy?
