bad credit, home need plumbing repair, expensive, no savings. Any suggestions who could help and I keep my hs

I am buying my home, credit rating is poor and I need some plumbing repair and I dont know who would possibly be able to help me. Are there agencies that provide assistance. I have only one bathroom and this is urgent. I don't know what to do and I don't won't to lose my home. circumstances beyond my control, cause me to sign a forebearance to keep from foreclosure. If I miss a payment I guess they will foreclose. Need advise
