Thinking of buying a house with galvanized steel plumbing. Should that be a concern?

The house was built in 1950. Crawlspace foundation. 1 bathroom. 3 outside spickets (sp?) 1 story. Don't know if you need to know all that to answer, but my question is: should I be worried about maybe having to replace all the plumbing sometime in the future?
