Is there a dishwasher I can purchase that uses the faucet instead of having to hook it up to the plumbing?

I don't have proper plumbing in my new flat and I hate washing dishes. Is there a dishwasher I can purchase that I can wheel to the sink, connect to the faucet, plug it in and run it? I've seen something like this but don't know exactly which one to get. Thanks!
