How much will it cost to add a bathroom in a basement if there is no pre-existing plumbing?

There is a large laundry room in the basement that would be the location for the bathroom. I assume since there is a washer and dryer hookup that there is SOME plumbing, but I really don't think there is plumbing for a bathroom. Also, how much additional would it cost to tear down part of a wall so that I can add a door to the bathroom from the bedroom on the other side of the wall?
