How easy/hard is it to get accepted into the UA plumbing apprenticeship program?

No prior experience. I have owned a business for the last 8 years, so, I'm somewhat good with math. I read somewhere that only 1 out of 20 applicants are acceptence? Is this actually true? That seems a little unbelievable.
